Vincent is an Associate in the corporate, M&A and finance department of TS&P.

Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Law and Political Science University Aix-Marseille. He further specialized in the field of taxation with an LLM degree in International Tax Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Amsterdam in collaboration with the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).

Vincent is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (II) since 2021.
