Antoine

François is a VAT Principal who has been active in Luxembourg since 2007, with an in-depth  focus on VAT.

He began his career in the International Tax Services department of PwC and moved to the VAT department in 2009 as a Senior Advisor. François spent 11 years in PwC’s VAT practice, where he was a VAT Director. He joined TS&P in September 2020 as a VAT Director.

François advises local and multinational corporations, investment funds and financial institutions on their VAT position and assists them on efficient structuring, ensuring that the VAT aspects of their strategies and operations are taken care of. François primarily assists in the fields of investments in private equity, debt and real estate, where he advises on VAT aspects through the lifetime of investments, including fund structuring, structuring of deals (acquisitions, financing, reorganisations and disposals, including VAT due diligence). He also assists with VAT registration and VAT compliance of Luxembourg entities, and supports clients during audits conducted by the Luxembourg VAT authorities.

François additionally provides general and tailored training sessions addressing Luxembourg VAT matters.
