Florian is a Partner with over 15 years of experience in Luxembourg and Paris in international corporate law. Before joining TS&P, Florian has practised 7 years in Luxembourg in the corporate, banking and finance department of a leading law firm and over 2 years in the Paris offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Allen & Overy and Bredin Prat. Florian’s main fields of activity are corporate law, securitisation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing.

Florian advises private equity clients for the setting up of acquisition and investment structures, and advises major international group of companies for their corporate restructurings, financing and re financing.

Florian graduated from ESCP Europe in Paris (specialization in corporate finance) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Florian has been a member of the Paris Bar from 2010 to 2014 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011 (List II).
