Arnaud is a Tax Principal who has been advising on Luxembourg and international tax law since 2006, mainly in private equity and real estate. He worked for 7 years as senior tax manager in the tax department of Baker & McKenzie’s Luxembourg office and spent 3 years in the International Tax Service department of Ernst & Young Luxembourg and 1 year in the tax group of Linklaters Luxembourg.
Arnaud advises private equity firms, alternative investment funds, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies), multinational corporations and individuals on domestic and international tax matters and strategies. He provides guidance on tax efficient structuring in fields of investment such as private equity, domestic and foreign real estate, distressed debts and structured finance and assists on the direct tax compliance side. Arnaud also regularly assists private individuals on patrimonial engineering. Having worked in Baker & McKenzie’s Dubai office in 2015, he has focused on tax matters related to Middle Eastern investments through Luxembourg vehicles.
