Arnaud Lebrave is a Tax Partner with over 11 years of experience in Luxembourg and international tax law, mainly in private equity and real estate. He has worked for 6 years as senior tax manager in the tax group of Baker McKenzie’s Luxembourg office and spent 3 years in the International Tax Service department of Ernst & Young Luxembourg and 1 year in the tax group of Linklaters Luxembourg.
Arnaud advises multinational corporations, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies), investment funds and individuals on domestic and international tax matters and strategies. He assists and advises on tax efficient structuring in fields of investment such as private equity, domestic and foreign real estate, distressed debts, structured finance and intellectual property. Arnaud also regularly advises private individuals on patrimonial engineering.
Having worked for the Baker McKenzie’s Dubai office in 2015, he has most recently focused on tax matters related to Middle Eastern investments through Luxembourg vehicles.
