Guerin
Aurélie is a Partner in the corporate, M&A and finance department of TS&P with over 12 years of experience in practicing Luxembourg law.
She gained experience in the corporate and banking & finance practice groups of Baker & McKenzie’s Luxembourg office and, prior to that, worked as a trainee for several major law firms and a leading aerospace manufacturer in France and Germany, where she advised clients on a wide variety of international cross-border matters.
She advises local and international clients, in particular asset managers from the private equity industry, on an extensive range of corporate, M&A and finance matters, including structuring and restructuring processes, project finance, co-investments and management incentive plans.
Aurélie holds a Master 2 in European Business Law, University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II, France (2006) and an L.L.M. in European Business Law, University of Ludwig-Maximilian Germany (2006).
She has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2011 and to the Luxembourg Bar since 2012 (List IV).
