Florian is a Partner who has been advising clients since 2006 in Luxembourg and Paris on international corporate law matters. Before joining TS&P, Florian spent 7 years in Luxembourg in the corporate, banking and finance department of a leading law firm and over 2 years in the Paris offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Allen & Overy and Bredin Prat. Florian’s main fields of activity are corporate law, securitisation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing.

Florian advises private equity clients on the set-up of acquisition and investment structures, and assists major international groups for their corporate restructurings, financing and re financing.
