Etienne is an Associate in the corporate, M&A and finance department of TS&P.

Etienne holds a Master’s degree in Cross Border Business Law (droit des affaires transfrontières) from the Université de Lorraine (France) (2017) and an L.L.M. from the Universität Trier (Germany) (2016).

Prior to joining TS&P, Etienne worked in the Corporate, Banking and Finance department of a leading Luxembourg law firm. Etienne practices mainly in the area of corporate law, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and financing.

Etienne is a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2019.
