Sabine is a Partner focusing on corporate law and private equity work. She assists clients with various corporate and finance matters including M&A deals, financial restructuring transactions and general corporate and commercial advice. She has particularly strong expertise in private equity deals, joint ventures, management incentive plans and group restructurings.

Before joining TS&P, Sabine has practised for 5 years in the M&A and Corporate practice groups of Baker & McKenzie’s Luxembourg office. Prior to that, she gained her experience as legal advisor in the investment fund department of a Luxembourg corporate service provider.
