Elsa is a Tax Manager within TS&P with work experience in Luxembourg and international corporate tax advisory services since 2017.

Prior to joining TS&P, Elsa worked as a Tax Adviser at Atoz S.A., where she advised local and international clients on various tax matters.

She assists multinational companies, alternative investment funds, real estate and private equity firms on corporate tax questions, including tax efficient structuring, acquisitions, and requests from the Luxembourg tax authorities.
