Cathy is a Senior Associate in the corporate, M&A and finance department of TS&P.

Before joining TS&P, Cathy has practiced for over 4 years in Luxembourg in the private equity and real estate department of a leading independent business law firm during which she also worked on secondment in a global investment firm.

Cathy advises domestic and foreign clients in connection with the setting up and reorganisation of company structures in Luxembourg, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transactional business law as well as corporate aspects of private equity fund formation and related transactional work.
