Alexander is a Senior Associate in the corporate, M&A and finance department of TS&P with work experience in regulatory and corporate matters since 2008.

Before joining TS&P, Alexander was Team Lead for ‘Legal Fund Governance’ at one of the leading management companies in Europe. Alexander practiced in a German corporate law firm and in the investment fund department of a tier-1 Luxembourg law firm. He also gained experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at an international bank.

Alexander specializes in financial regulations, focusing on funds and asset management. He has an extensive experience of structuring open-ended and closed-ended alternative investment funds pursuing a real estate, (energy) infrastructure, debt, private equity or fund of fund strategy. Alexander particularly advises management companies and alternative investment managers on the regulatory aspects of their activities, especially distribution/marketing and outsourcing regulations.
