Sabine is a Partner focusing on corporate law and private equity work. She assists clients with various corporate and finance matters including M&A deals, financial restructuring transactions and general corporate and commercial advice. She has particularly strong expertise in private equity deals, joint ventures, management incentive plans and group restructurings.

Before joining TS&P, Sabine has practised for 5 years in the M&A and Corporate practice groups of Baker & McKenzie’s Luxembourg office. Prior to that, she gained her experience as legal advisor in the investment fund department of a Luxembourg corporate service provider.

Sabine holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law, University of Luxembourg (2013) and an LL.M. in International and European Law, University of Maastricht, The Netherlands, (2012).

She has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2017 (List I).
